Who we are

Rother Valley South Primary Care Network works together across four GP practices to improve health and care services in Rotherham. We are an NHS collaboration with a focus on providing excellent primary care and health services.

By working together and with our community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in the local area we can provide better care and services for our patients. 

Our PCN development and strategy has meant we can invest in recruiting a wider range of highly qualified staff such as physiotherapists, social prescribers, clinical pharmacists and physician assistants to support the community.
